Pellicle Frame

A photomask consists of a quartz substrate (transparent plate) with a circuit pattern, a transparent membrane, and a pellicle frame. The pellicle frame attaches the quartz and the membrane from both sides, allowing for smooth pattern exposure during semiconductor processes.
